In this version release, UserGems added two custom actions on the UserGems object that control the layouts for the dynamic UserGems tiles on Contact and Lead lightning layouts.

Action: UserGems Tile for New Contact

• Custom action controls the dynamic layout (fields) shown on new leads/contacts surfaced by UserGems

Action: UserGems Tile for Past Contact

• Custom action controls the dynamic layout (fields) shown on past contacts where UserGems has flagged a job departure.
