Summary:

In this version release, UserGems has provided new reports so you and your end users can view segmented lists of job changers - based on their past relationship with your company and the type of account they landed at. This segmentation can be helpful for general analysis, personalized outreach, and/or assignment processes. 

Components Released:

Report: UserGems - Champion > Customer

  • Job changers w/ no activity coming from Closed Won Opp Contact or Champion lists that are landing at target accounts

Report: UserGems - Champion > Open Opp

  • Job changers w/ no activity coming from Closed Won Opp Contact or Champion lists that are landing at open opp accounts

Report: UserGems - Champion > Target

  • Job changers w/ no activity coming from Closed Won Opp Contact or Champion lists that are landing at target accounts

Report: UserGems - Customer Contact > Open Opp

  • Job changers w/ no activity coming from the Customer Contact list that are landing at open opp accounts

Report: UserGems - End User > Open Opp

  • Job changers w/ no activity coming from the User list that are landing at open opp accounts

Report: UserGems - End User > Target

  • Job changers w/ no activity coming from the User list that are landing at target accounts

Report: UserGems - Open Opp Contact > Target

  • Job changer contacts that I own (assigned DRI in UserGems app) w/ no activity that have landed at target accounts

Report: UserGems - Lost Opp Contact > Target

  • Job changers w/ no activity coming from the Closed Lost Opp list that are landing at target accounts

Report: UserGems - My untouched Cont @ Open Opp

  • Job changer contacts that I own (assigned DRI in UserGems app) w/ no activity that have landed at open opp accounts

  • Job changer contacts that I own (assigned DRI in UserGems app) w/ no activity that have landed at target accounts
