Here are the connection categories and what each one does.
CRM
Salesforce and HubSpot. The CRM connection is bi-directional: UserGems dynamically reads and writes data and creates net new records in these systems. Reading keeps your tracked contacts, tracked companies, ICP inputs, and imported fields current as your CRM changes. Writing pushes new prospects, job-change updates, and signal context back into the records your reps work every day.
This is the foundational connection. Nearly everything else in the platform depends on a healthy CRM sync.

Engagement
Outreach, Salesloft, and Gong Engage. These native integrations let UserGems generate AI messaging and enroll prospects directly into sequences from UserGems campaigns. Gem-E writes the personalized subjects and email bodies, and the campaign's add-to-sequence step delivers each prospect into the right sequence automatically, no copy-paste in between.

Calendar
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. The calendar connection lets UserGems enrich your CRM automatically when new relevant stakeholders join meetings and opportunities. When someone new from a prospect or customer account shows up on an invite, UserGems captures them, so your buying committees in the CRM reflect who is actually in the room.

Notifications
Slack. Connect Slack to push signal alerts to channels, users, groups, and more. When a past champion lands at a target account or a buying signal fires, the right rep hears about it where they already work, with the context (and any imported CRM fields) included in the alert.
