Below are the properties that we ask you to create in HubSpot. They give your reps and automations great context around those changing jobs and your past relationships with them.

Properties:‍

UG - No Longer at Company

• Updated on the departing contact. Date that we enriched this contact as no longer with the company. Many of our customers will use this update to de-register the contact as a "Marketing Contact" (via workflow)

UG - Job Started Date (date)

• Date that the contact started the job (defaults to first of the month of the recognized job change). This is a helpful property in filtering/prioritizing more recent job changes 

UG - Link to Past Company (text)

• URL link to the contact’s past company in your HubSpot

UG - Link to Past Contact (text)

• URL link to the contact’s past contact record in your HubSpot

UG - Past Company (text)

• Company that this contact previously worked 

UG - Past Title (text)

• Title this contact had at their previous company

UG - Past Relationship Type (text)

• This value represents the specific list that this job changer was being tracked on. You can always view all lists being tracked within the UserGems web app - values in the “Relationship” column are stamped into the UG - Past Relationship Type

UG - Is Persona Match (boolean/checkbox)

• If a UserGems delivered contact has a title matching the persona you defined within the UG web app, this will equal Yes

UG - Works at Target Account (boolean/checkbox)

• If a UserGems delivered job changer lands at a company identified on your Target Company list, this will equal Yes

UG - Works at ICP Account (boolean/checkbox)

• If a UserGems delivered job changer lands at a company that falls within your ICP defined parameters, this will equal Yes

UG - Works at Open Opp Account (boolean/checkbox)

• If a UserGems delivered job changer lands at a company identified on your Open Opp Company list, this will equal Yes

UG - Works at Customer Account (boolean/checkbox)

• If a UserGems delivered job changer lands at a company identified on your Customer Company list, this will equal Yes

UG - Created By UG (boolean/checkbox)

• Equals Yes for any contact created by UserGems

UG - Is a Past User (boolean/checkbox)

• Equals Yes for any job changer delivered or enriched by UserGems at the current company. This property is generally used as the trigger for UserGems-related workflows in your HubSpot

UG - Lead Source (text)

• This is just another way for you to report on contacts created by UserGems. It also allows differentiation between contacts delivered through job change tracking vs contacts delivered though account tracking.
