Integrating HeyReach with UserGems

What is HeyReach?

HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation tool that allows users to manage multiple LinkedIn accounts and inboxes from one place. It supports automation around viewing a profile, liking a post, sending a connection request, and more — essentially running a small, LinkedIn-specific sequence on a batch of prospects.

How can I use HeyReach with UserGems?

HeyReach can be integrated with UserGems workflows via webhook, making it a powerful complement to your existing outreach sequences. A common use case is pairing it with a Job Change workflow — for example, when a past champion joins a prospect account, you can automatically trigger both an email sequence and a LinkedIn touchpoint through HeyReach at the same time.

When a UserGems workflow runs, the prospect can be:

  1. Added to an outreach sequence, and
  2. Simultaneously added to a specific HeyReach campaign via a webhook that specifies the rep owner and their corresponding HeyReach campaign

This allows you to "warm up" a prospect on LinkedIn — viewing their profile, liking a post, sending a connection request — before or alongside your email outreach.

How does the configuration work?

Within HeyReach, a typical setup includes:

  • Each rep's LinkedIn (or LinkedIn Sales Navigator) account connected
  • A Lead List per rep, populated with the prospects sent via the UserGems webhook
  • A Campaign per rep (each with a unique campaign ID) that defines the LinkedIn automation steps

The webhook from UserGems passes the rep owner and their corresponding HeyReach campaign ID, so each prospect lands in the right campaign automatically.

Here’s an example in HeyReach where we have configured a unique campaign intended to 'warm up' a prospect on LinkedIn before sending a connection request and later, a message.

Our team is happy to walk you through how to configure the UserGems side of this integration. For setup within HeyReach itself, you'll want to work directly with your HeyReach customer support team.
