The UserGems Dashboard Overview Tab is intended to summarize how your team is using UserGems. It covers key callouts for whats working vs. room for improvement, pipeline & revenue outcomes, companies engaged, people engaged, signals activated, and credits / license usage.
What's working & room for improvement
At the top of the homepage overview tab, you’ll find a snapshot of your team’s wins (what's working) and areas that need your attention (room for improvement).
You can toggle the tiles between “All Time” or “Last 30 Days” to switch between overarching partnership metircs (all time) and recent trends (last 30 days)
The order of items on each list are arranged from most critical (top) to least critical (bottom).

Outcomes

The Outcomes view is designed to hep summarize key metrics around efficiency and revenue impact.
Outcome filters
In this view you can filter You can filter by date range, signal, influence type, opportunity stage, owner, and more.
Outcome Influence Types
- Sourced -> UserGems surfaced the contact or created messaging and they were the first person on the opp.
- Assisted -> UserGems surfaced the contact or created messaging and they joined an existing opp later.
- Suspected -> The contact wasn’t on the opp, but UserGems create the contact, they show high engagement (10+ activities). and an opp opened soon after.
Outcome Metrics
- Influenced Opps -> Number of opportunities with UserGems influence (depending on influence type selected)
- Influenced Pipeline -> Sum of amount of opportunities with UserGems influence (depending on influence type selected)
- Pipeline-to-Spend Ratio -> Sum of influenced pipeline amount per $1 of license spend
- Ex: $400k influenced pipeline at $40k annual spend = $10:$1
- Benchmark: >$10:$1
- Ex: $400k influenced pipeline at $40k annual spend = $10:$1
- Cost Per Opp (CPO) -> Annual license spend / number opportunities with UserGems influence
- Ex: $40k annual spend and 40 opps with UserGems influence = $1,000 CPO
- Benchmark Enterprise/Mid-Market SaaS = $500–$2,000
- Benchmark SMB SaaS = $100–$500
- Ex: $40k annual spend and 40 opps with UserGems influence = $1,000 CPO
- Influenced Closed Revenue -> Sum of amount of opportunities with UserGems influence closed won (depending on influence type selected)
- Revenue-to-Spend Ratio -> Sum of amount of opportunities closed won with UserGems influence per $1 of license spend
- Ex: $100k influenced closed revenue at $20k spend = $5:$1
- Benchmark depends on average deal cycle & time with UserGems
- Forecasted Closed Revenue -> Sum of forecasted amount of opportunities with UserGems influence closed won (depending on influence type selected)
- Forecasted Revenue-to-Spend Ratio -> Sum of forecasted amount of opportunities closed won with UserGems influence per $1 of license spend
- Ex: $140k influenced closed revenue at $20k spend = $7:1
Opportunity Funnel
A funnel visual shows conversion rates from engaged prospects to opps and customers.

Companies

This view zooms out to the account level. You’ll see how many accounts:
- Are being tracked
- Have signals
- Are engaged
- Have converted
Use filters to break down the data by target accounts, ICP matches, geography, industry, and more.
A funnel below shows account progression from tracked to customer.
People

Here you’ll see contact-level engagement. Metrics include:
- Number of job changes tracked
- New prospects surfaced
- CRM contacts created
- Engagement and touchpoint frequency
The bar chart shows new prospects created each month. The funnel shows conversion rates from surfaced → engaged → opportunity → customer.
Signals

License consumption & credit usage

This section helps you track credit usage:
- Bar Graph: Compares credits used vs. available over time.
- Pie Chart: Breaks down which actions are consuming credits.
If you're under- or over-utilizing credits, work with your CSM to adjust usage or plan for additional volume.
