What is it?

While UserGems and Gong Engage don't integrate directly, UserGems does directly integrate with your CRM, which Gong Engage integrates with too. The UserGems <> CRM integration enables:

1. The sync of Contacts/Leads and Accounts between UserGems and your CRM.
2. UserGems to automatically add Contacts directly to the right Flow to reduce the manual work for your reps and ensure timely followup.

How it works

1. Create Gem-E fields in CRM
2. Sync Gem-E fields to Gong Engage and create variables
3. Create Gem-E Flow(s) Using Gem-E variables
4. Create Automation(s) to enroll Leads/Contacts into a Gem-E Flow
5. Activate Automation(s)🚀
