What is it?

The UserGems Dashboard shows some high level statistics about your UserGems usage.

Overview tab

The overview tab shows:

  • Accounts tracked and prospects sent
  • All time Revenue from UserGems in categories:
    • All: Sum of Sourced, Assisted, and Suspected
    • Sourced: Opportunities are considered sourced by UserGems if UserGems created the contact and/or added it to a sequence, cadence, webhook, or Gem-E generated personalized messaging, and that person was later a contact added as the first contact on an Opportunity
    • Assisted: Opportunities are considered assisted by UserGems if UserGems created the contact and/or added it to a sequence, cadence, webhook, or Gem-E generated personalized messaging, and that person was later added to an existing
    • Suspected: Opportunities are considered suspected as sourced by UserGems if UserGems created the contact and/or added it to a sequence, cadence, webhook, or Gem-E generated personalized messaging, and that person later has more than 5 activities logged on an account with an open opportunity, the first of which occurring before the Opp was created. This category should be reviewed because it's possible this contact should have been added to the Opp but wasn't.
  • A list of your Tracked Account reports

Opportunities tab

The Opportunities created summary shows the Opportunities created by UserGems during your current contract, filterable by:

  • Category (sourced, assisted, suspected)
  • Actions (UserGems created, Gem-E personalized messaging)
  • Opportunity Stage
  • Signals
  • Timeframe

In the list of Opportunities, use the "Change to..." dropdown to change an Opportunity's category (sourced, assisted, suspected).

Analytics tab

The Analytics tab shows data aimed at helping you understand the effectiveness of your interactions with UserGems generated contacts, like their number of activities.
