Import from CRM
What is it?
The Import from CRM Settings page enables you to import fields from your CRM Account, Contact, or Lead objects. Once imported, these fields can be utilized with in Audiences as filters (e.g. Filter for Accounts with 0 Open Opportunities) and to Slack notifications as variables (e.g. showing an Accounts ARR in a Slack alert sent out about accounts with Open Opportunities)

Setup Steps
To bring fields into UserGems from your CRM:
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Import from CRM" > click either "Account," "Contact," or "Lead."
- Select the Field you want to import from the dropdown.
- Click "Add Field."
- Repeat this process for any fields you want to add from that object.
- Click "Save."

Filtering an Audience with an Imported from CRM Field
To filter an audience using a field imported from CRM:
- Navigate to Prospects
- Click the "Filter" dropdown
- Scroll to the "Other" section at the bottom of the list to find fields Imported from CRM
- Select the one you want to use and fill in the corresponding value you want to filter by
Fields from the Lead object will be prefixed with "Lead.", from the Contact object prefixed with "Contact.", and theAccount object prefixed with "Account."
