Instead of adding one or more Dynamic Contact Lists on your Account Lightning Page Layout, you might instead want to add a more traditional Related List to your Account Layout in Salesforce Classic or Lightning:

To add the Account Related List, go to Object Manager > Account > Page Layouts:
