Intent
What is it?
The Intent signal integrates with tools like 6Sense, DemandBase, and G2 to identify accounts showing buying intent. UserGems then surfaces the best contacts to engage at these accounts.
How it works
- Activate the Intent signal in the Signals Library.
- Connect your intent data source (CRM report, Google Sheet, CSV).

- Map your columns with intent values.
- Configure the Intent indicators based on what your team is instructed to action (i.e. Buying stage = Purchase and Profile Fit = Strong or Medium, highlight as Purchase)

- On the 'Find Prospects' tab, select whether to scan for key titles at these intent accounts including whether you want to:
- Find prospects using a specific persona
- Limit the number of accounts to scan
- Limit to only ICP matching accounts

- UserGems will prioritize accounts within Audiences based on your selections.
- Use campaign workflows to reach out with personalized messaging.
