Multi-Thread

What is it?

The Multi-Thread signal helps you identify additional key stakeholders at an account to build a stronger buying committee. This increases deal velocity and improves win rates by engaging multiple decision-makers.

How it works

  1. Define department-specific personas in Settings > Personas. For example, if you sell to Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, create three personas, one for each function.
  2. Ensure you are scanning for these personas at your target accounts under Settings > Track Accounts.
  3. Activate the Multi-Thread signal in the Signals Library.
  4. Configure how many stakeholders you want to surface per function (e.g., two Director+ Marketing, two Director+ Sales, one Director+ Ops).
  5. UserGems will use these personas to:
    • Identify missing key titles that match your personas.
    • Prioritize contacts based on seniority and past interactions.
    • Surface both new prospects and overlooked existing contacts in your CRM.
  6. In order to actually begin surfacing multi-thread contacts, you'll need to first enable "search for prospects" on the accounts where you want them. For example, if you want to multi-thread at companies with past champions, you'll need to enable search for prospects for each of these personas at companies with past champions:
