New Hires
What is it?
The New Hires signal helps you monitor key accounts for people who are newly hired into stakeholder roles. New executives, for example, are 2.5x more likely to engage in conversations within their first 90 days.
How it works
- Define your ideal stakeholder persona in Settings > Personas. (Refer to the Ideal Personas help article for guidance.)
- Ensure you are scanning for this persona at your target accounts by going to Settings > Track Accounts.
- Activate the New Hires signal in the Signals Library.
- UserGems will:
- Identify missing key titles at your tracked accounts.
- Detect new hires in the past 3 months.
- Continuously scan these accounts monthly for updates.
- Use campaign workflows to:
- Automatically create new contacts in your CRM.
- Notify your sales team via Slack alerts.
- Enroll them in an AI-driven outreach sequence.
