UserGems Copilot Chrome Extension

What is it?

Access UserGems’ buying signals directly in Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, or Salesloft with UserGems' Copilot Chrome extension. The extension can be used for:

Personalizing an email or LinkedIn message for a prospect
Understanding how or why Gem-E AI emails were generated
Viewing key signals while calling prospects so you can use the time spent manually researching on engaging with more prospects

Copilot displays relevant signals in the sidebar when viewing a Prospect or Task, including:

Company info and up-to-date company signals including, but not limited to:
- Intent
- Website Visitors
- Customer Competitors
- Funding
- Now Hiring
- Re-Engage Closed Lost
- News
- Tech Stack
- Your own custom company signals
Person info and up-to-date person signals including, but not limited to:
- Past Champions
- New Hires and Promotions
- Multi-thread
- Website Visitors
- Your own custom person signals
Reasons to engage this specific person, including, but not limited to:
- Details about the signals mentioned above
- Other past champions or users on this account

Note: the signals you will see in UserGems Chrome Extension are limited to the ones activated on your team’s UserGems account. Please reach out to your admin, if you’re missing any of the signals above and you would like to activate them.

If your team is using UserGems Gem-E, you can also provide feedback about the quality of personalized messaging. This feedback is then incorporated by Gem-E AI to improve future messaging.

Access Requirements

Your company/team has an active license with UserGems
You have created an account with UserGems, by invitation from your UserGems admin
You have an active license with Outreach or Salesloft

How to give your team Copilot access (admin only)

Invite users to your UserGems account

To access the UserGems Copilot Chrome Extension, reps first need to sign-up to your team’s UserGems account.

Note: Users that already have access to app.UserGems.com don’t need to be re-invited.

Navigate to https://app.usergems.com/users/

Click "Invite Users" in the top right

Select the access level you wish to grant the user(s)
- To limit a user's access to only the UserGems Copilot Chrome Extension, choose the option “Co-Pilot”
Add your team member's email addresses and click “Invite users”
The invited users will receive an email with a button to "Join UserGems" that will add them to your account

Each Copilot user needs a license/seat in: Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Salesloft, Google or Microsoft

Navigate back to your SEP/CRM if not automatically redirected.

To install and use UserGems Copilot Chrome Extension you need to approve the following requirement:

‍Read and change your data on all force.com sites, all hubspot.com sites, all outreach.io sites, and all salesloft.com sites‍

This level of access is required, so that the chrome extension interface can be displayed and interacted with while you are using one of the supported tools: Outreach or Salesloft.

UserGems will not access any data available in your accounts, including contact, account or any other sensitive information.

UserGems will not collect or use your data. To learn more, see our privacy policy.

Furthermore UserGems declares that your data is:

Not being sold to third parties, outside of the approved use cases
Not being used or transferred for purposes that are unrelated to the item's core functionality
Not being used or transferred to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes

View your UserGems prospects or tasks in Outreach, using the filter “Tag contains UserGems”
Access any individual UserGems prospect or task to view the UserGems Copilot Chrome Extension interface

Salesloft

View your UserGems people or tasks in Salesloft, using the filter “Tag is UserGems”
Access any individual UserGems people or task to view the UserGems Copilot Chrome Extension interface
