Anyone who is receiving UserGems Leads or Contacts (typically AEs, BDRs, & CSMs) would require:

Read/Edit Access (Edit access required to view dynamic layouts): 

• UserGems Object

Read Only Access:

• All UserGems package fields on Lead/Contact objects (prefixed with “UG”)

If you selected "Install for All Users" when you installed the UserGems managed package, these permissions have already been extended to all Profiles and no further action is required.

Otherwise, you can:

(1) Go to Setup --> Users --> Profiles --> [Select a Profile] -->Object Settings --> UserGems to adjust the object-level access for UserGems

(2) Go to Setup --> Users --> Profiles -->  [Select a Profile] --> Object Settings --> Contacts/Leads to adjust the field-level access for the UserGems fields on the Lead or Contact (prefixed with "UG").
